This policy explains what personal data this website collects and how it is used. The site is run by Oleksandr Nebylytsia, an independent SEO consultant, who is responsible for your data.

What data is collected

Contact form. When you send the form, I receive the contact details you enter (an email address, phone number or messenger handle) and your message. To protect the form from spam, the server briefly keeps a record of the IP address it was sent from.

Analytics. The site uses two analytics tools:

Umami collects anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, referring site, device type, country). It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you.
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you agree in the cookie banner. It uses cookies to measure visits and interactions with the site. You can change your choice at any time.

Server logs. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, date and time, requested page) for security and troubleshooting.

Why it is used

To reply to your request and discuss a possible project.
To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
To protect the site from spam and abuse.

Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

How long it is kept

Messages from the form are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any work that follows, and no longer than three years after our last contact. Analytics data is kept according to the settings of the analytics tools (up to 14 months in Google Analytics).

Who else processes it

The data is processed by the service providers this site relies on: the hosting provider (Namecheap), the email provider used to deliver form messages, Umami and Google (analytics). Some of them may process data outside your country, under their own data protection terms.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent to analytics cookies. If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. To make a request, send a message through the contact form on this site.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with the date of the update.
